We applied obscenity guidelines to prosecute copyright. In 1978, Congress enacted a regulation that prohibited the production of copyright with out evidence of obscenity, though the regulation was limited to content made for pecuniary profit. It was not until just after 1982, once the Supreme Courtroom held that copyright might be prosecuted wit
